BOSS Tunnel Hosted Integration Terms

These terms govern apps, products, and services that connect to a BOSS Tunnel-operated hosted service. They apply to hosted access even when an integration does not copy BOSS Tunnel code.

Required in-product attribution

For a product with a user interface, put this notice in a readily accessible About, Settings, Legal, Credits, Integrations, source-details, or similar screen. Both URLs must be functional links where supported. External documentation, a website, an App Store listing, or source code alone does not satisfy the requirement.

For a headless product, show the notice in its main administration interface, if any, and its primary README or user documentation. No video overlay, splash screen, logo, or product-name change is required. Do not imply endorsement, certification, sponsorship, or partnership.

Authorized access

Use only content, systems, and provider accounts you are authorized to access. Do not bypass authentication, subscriptions, access controls, or DRM. Keep credentials, private installation links, and playback headers private. Respect revocation, expiry, rate limits, and source restrictions.

Enforcement

BOSS Tunnel may suspend or terminate hosted access for a material breach, abuse, security risk, or unlawful use. When a breach can reasonably be cured, BOSS Tunnel will ordinarily provide written notice and 30 days to cure before permanent termination, unless immediate suspension is reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, or third parties.

Code and branding

The software license is published on the license page. You may use the words “BOSS Tunnel” for the required attribution and truthful compatibility claims, but may not imply endorsement or present an unofficial product as official.

No warranty

The hosted service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. BOSS Tunnel does not guarantee uninterrupted service, source availability, or playback compatibility.
