BOSS TUNNEL ATTRIBUTION LICENSE Version 1.0 — September 22, 2026 Copyright (c) 2026 BOSS Tunnel contributors This license applies to BOSS Tunnel software and documentation first released under this license (the "Software"). By exercising the permissions below, you accept and agree to these terms. 1. PERMISSION Subject to this license, permission is granted, free of charge, to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the Software, and to permit others to do so. Commercial and closed-source products are permitted. You are not required to publish the source code of a product that uses the Software. 2. REQUIRED IN-PRODUCT ATTRIBUTION Every application, product, or service that incorporates, embeds, bundles, modifies, derives from, connects to, or is specifically designed to interoperate with the Software or the hosted BOSS Tunnel service (a "Covered Product") must display the following attribution inside the Covered Product: Powered by BOSS Tunnel Website: https://bosstunnel.com Source: https://github.com/bradfran-hub/bosstunnel For a Covered Product with a user interface, the attribution must be reasonably prominent and readily accessible from an About, Settings, Legal, Credits, Integrations, source-details, or similarly named screen. The attribution may not be provided only in source code, external documentation, a website, an app store listing, or a separate download. Where the platform supports hyperlinks, "BOSS Tunnel" or the Website line must link to https://bosstunnel.com and the Source line must link to https://github.com/bradfran-hub/bosstunnel. Where hyperlinks are not supported, the complete URLs must be displayed in readable, copyable form. For a headless Covered Product with no end-user interface, the attribution must appear in its primary administration interface, if any, and in its main README or end-user documentation. The attribution does not need to appear over video, on every screen, in a splash screen, or in the product name. It must not imply endorsement, certification, sponsorship, or partnership by BOSS Tunnel. 3. DISTRIBUTION AND MODIFICATION NOTICES Every copy or substantial portion of the Software must include this license and the copyright notice above. Modified distributions must clearly state that they have been modified and must not represent themselves as the official BOSS Tunnel release. 4. HOSTED SERVICE Access to a BOSS Tunnel-operated hosted service is also subject to the hosted integration terms published at https://bosstunnel.com/terms. Those terms apply to service access even when a Covered Product does not copy or distribute the Software. 5. NAMES AND MARKS This license grants only the limited right to use the words "BOSS Tunnel" to provide the required attribution and to truthfully describe compatibility. It does not grant any right to use BOSS Tunnel names, logos, or marks in a manner that suggests endorsement or that is likely to cause confusion about the origin of a product. 6. TERMINATION AND CURE Your rights under this license terminate automatically if you materially breach it. Rights are reinstated provisionally when the breach is cured, and permanently if the copyright holder does not notify you of the breach within 60 days after the cure. A first written notice of breach provides 30 days to cure before permanent termination. 7. NO WARRANTY THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE. 9. EARLIER RELEASES This license does not revoke permissions granted for copies previously published under the MIT License or another license. A recipient may continue to use such an earlier copy under the license that accompanied that copy. This is a project-specific license and is not represented as an OSI-approved license. "Public source repository" describes source availability; it is not a claim of OSI approval.
